Constitution & Bylaws

Our Constitution is the system of fundamental principles according to which SUN is governed; it prescribes the nature, functions, and limits of the Union. SUN’s Bylaws are composed of the rules governing the Union’s internal affairs.

Amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws which govern the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses must be submitted to the Regina SUN Office by January 7th of each year (Bylaw 6.04(i)).
